Thank you for contributing to Wydown's Funds for Excellence campaign! This is the PTO's main fundraiser, and donations are essential to making the year a success. Together, we will plan and fund about 30 student-centered social activities, teacher educational requests, staff appreciation events, and parent meetups, and provide need-based student support, costing approximately $24,000 for the 2024–2025 school year.
Any donation is welcome. However, to help guide your giving, below are a few examples of what various activities cost:
$50 – Parent Coffee Meet-Up
$200 – "Gab & Grub" school-wide ice cream social during PACK
$300 – One need-based scholarship to Sixth Grade Camp
$500 – Wydown Family Skate at Brentwood Rink
$1,000 – Staff Appreciation Lunch
$2,000 – Spring/Fall Student Social, with DJ, refreshments, food, and photo booth
*Donations are pooled into the PTO general account and distributed as planned. Donations are not intended to be sponsorships for a specific activity. Clayton Schools is a 501(c)(3) organization; your donation to the PTO is 100% tax deductible. Tax letters will be provided at the end of the year.*
