My name is Donna Archer and I am the Secondary Teaching and Learning Coach at Wydown Middle School.

I came to Wydown after 25 years in education. I was a mathematics teacher for nine years and a mathematics department chair for three years. I have been an Instructional Coach since 2011.  I love working with other educators on how we can make the most impact to support student growth, both socially and academically.    

I have a B.S. in Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. I have lead professional development on topics such as Classroom Community, Building Thinking Classrooms, Engaging Students in the Classroom, and Professional Learning Communities.

My husband and I have four kids. We enjoy sports and stay busy running the kids to baseball, gymnastics, volleyball, and archery. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, crafting, and reading.
