This school year (2017-2018) is my first year at Wydown Middle School as the 7 West Literacy teacher; I was actually a student here in the 90's. Go 90's! 

After graduating from Clayton High School, I graduated from UMSL with a B.S. in Secondary Education, and I also earned an M.A. in Secondary Education from there as well.

I started my teaching career in 2007 at Maplewood- Richmond Heights High School where I taught Communication Arts to 9th and 12th Graders. From 2008-2015, I taught English Language Arts to 8th Graders at Crestview Middle School, and for the last two years I taught Shakespeare and ACT Prep to 11th and 12th Graders at Ritenour High School. I am extremely excited to be a part of the Wydown learning community!
