My name is Mrs. Jennifer Blank (she/her) and I am a gifted education specialist and Exploratorium teacher at Wydown Middle School.

This is my 12th year teaching, and for 10 of those years I've been a gifted teacher. I found a home in my gifted program as a kid and decided that I never wanted to leave. Gifted education is my passion; I spend my school year teaching middle school gifted at Wydown, my summer teaching high school gifted at Missouri Scholars Academy, and my time in between as a board member of the Gifted Association of Missouri.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's degree in Education from Truman State University. I was recently named one of Truman State University top 25 young alumni award, the Echo 25. My gifted specialist certification is from the University of Missouri.
