The MAP Grade-Level English and Math assessment score reports have been released by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Students who attended a Clayton school and were in grades 3-8 during the 2018-2019 school year will receive their report at their home address by Aug. 30, 2019. Science score reports for students in grades 5 and 8 during the 2018-2019 school year have not yet been released by DESE.

WMS Librarian Dr. Victoria Jones has been selected as this year's recipient of the Greater St. Louis School Librarian Association Advocate of the Year Award. The Wydown Chess Team captured third place in the 2019 Missouri Scholastic Chess Championships held on Saturday, March 30, at Battle High School in Columbia, Missouri. In individual competition, three WMS players placed in the top 15. Click on the headline to learn more.

If you are part of Student Council or a WEB Leader you are invited to walk in the Clayton Highschool Homecoming parade this Saturday. If you would like to participate, please stop by the main office between classes to sign up. You will need to report to the CHS parking lot at 10:00am on Saturday.
Everyone can join in the Homecoming festivities as the Varsity Football Greyhounds take on Normandy tomorrow at noon at Gay Field.
