The School District of Clayton is committed to ongoing and continuous learning, focused on student achievement. We believe professional learning is the work of all adults in the organization. It is embedded in all aspects of our work and happens both within and outside the classroom. Professional learning activities are designed to build capacity for learning through reflection and inquiry. Staff members develop new awareness and deeper understanding when provided opportunities to construct their own meaning from a broad range of learning experiences.
