• Sixth-Grade Camp Medication Information

All prescription medicines must be in the original bottle or container properly labeled by the pharmacy with the student's name and correct dose to be administered. All non- prescription medicines, (other than those listed on the camp form under the Standing Orders Permit section), must be accompanied  by a note from the student's physician. In addition, if you have not already done so on the camp forms, please provide any extra written directions that might help us with the administration of the medicine. For example, if you send an allergy medicine that states that it is to be given once a day, please specify if it should be given in the morning or at night. Loose pills removed from their bottles and placed in plastic baggies WILL NOT  BE ACCEPTED OR GIVEN to your child. Please call Mary Frances McCarty at 854-6406 with any questions.
