Professional Goal Setting
Teachers set professional goals for themselves, based on the previous year’s data and feedback from the Evaluation Process. These goals should be a connector between the individual, the building and the District. The goals should be informed by the individual teacher’s evaluative data, the building’s SIP, as well as the District curriculum review process. The teacher’s evaluator should work to help coordinate these needs into coherent, measureable goals for the teacher.
