Class Time

  • Standards Based Grading

    Each standard will be marked according to the following scale:

    Expert: The student demonstrated understanding of the standard with accuracy.

    Proficient: The student can demonstrate understanding of the standard with minor errors.

    Getting Started: The student can demonstrate some understanding of the standard but has major conceptual errors.

    Not Yet: The student to show work related to the standard, but cannot yet demonstrate understanding.

    Insufficient Evidence: The student has not yet shown sufficient evidence of attempting the skills addressed in the standard.

  • Google Classroom

    • Materials and activities will be posted weekly in our class slides. Please use them to review if you miss class.
    • Projects will also be posted in Google Classroom with instructions and grading rubrics.

    Power Schools

    • Grades will be posted in Power Schools (two grades per week)
    • Missing work is marked with M which automatically gives a zero until work is submitted
