• The Chief Communications Officer -- at the discretion of the Superintendent -- is authorized to approve and arrange the scheduling of school facilities by qualifying applicants, according to the following priority order:
    1. District-sponsored events
    2. District- affiliated events.
    3. Programs run by the City of Clayton's Parks and Recreation Department.
    4. Night schools available to residents of the City of Clayton.
    5. Other activities scheduled by the Cities of Clayton and/or Richmond Heights.
    6. Civic/recreational organizations in which residents of the School District are members
    7. Patron rental
    8. Nonprofit organizations located within the School District.
    9. Commercial/for-profit organizations located within the School District.
    10. Nonprofit organizations located outside the School District.
    11. Commercial/for-profit organizations located outside the School District.

    12. Requests for facility rental are subject to prior claim by the School District.
