    Here are some events and information that we would like to share with you:

    SOCIAL EVENTS

    PAC.ED 1st Annual Morning Meet Up  Saturday, March 28th, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Wydown Middle School. Join us for our first annual Morning Meet Up!  Food, fun activities for all ages, parent networking, connect with local agencies and resources, and so much more!

    PAC.ED Parent(only)Networking Social - Friday, May 1st, 7p.m. to 9 p.m. at Lauri & Pat Koster's. Once again, the Kosters are generously opening their home to host a PAC.ED Parent Networking Social!

    The Music Man Comes to Town Save the date now - tickets will go on sale in early August!

    Variety Theatre will bring The Music Man to our own "River City" this fall! Grab your trombones and cornets and join us at the Touhill Performing Arts Center October 16 - 18 and 23 - 25, 2020. Prepare to be inspired as kids and teens of all abilities take the stage alongside a professional adult cast to bring you a new take on this beloved musical that is sure to have you tapping your feet and humming along.     UCP Heartland Summer Voucher Program - It is never too soon to start planning for Summer and applying for funding to pay for it! The UCP Summer Voucher is NOT based on income and is available on a first come first serve basis.     PARENT EDUCATION 

    SSD Parent Workshops – These are FREE and available to all parents, teachers, staff, and members of the community regardless of their affiliation with SSD.

    ****NOTE: The SSD Parent Education and Diversity Awareness Department is putting the final touches on the Winter/Spring 2020 Parent Connection Newsletter. Keep an eye out for the newsletter that will be mailed out to families in February.
