The District has been studying its expenditures in some form since 2010. The District's work in Long-Term Financial Planning (LTFP) during the 2012-2013 school year included a comprehensive, systematic review of District expenditures. The goal of the 2012-2013 LTFP effort was to make recommendations for permanent budget reductions to the Board of Education. The outcome of this work was $1.6 million in permanent reductions that went into effect during the 2013-2014 school year.
The information in this archive includes the items studied and discussed during the 2012-2013 LTFP process, along with information about the approved budget reductions.
