• Enrollment Procedures

    To enroll your child, please call the Registrar at (314) 854-6654. The Registrar will ensure that you have the necessary forms and will make an appointment for you with your child's counselor.

    Items necessary for registration at Clayton High School:

    • Completed enrollment form
    • Up-to-date immunizations
    • Two proofs of residency (copy of your Deed of Trust, Rental Lease or Occupancy Permit, or unpaid utility bill)
    • Original birth certificate with state seal or passport
    • A transcript or report card from the last school attended
    • Safe School Act form signed and notarized
