Glenridge Students Trade in Their Shoes for Rollerblades
Third, fourth and fifth graders at Glenridge Elementary learned to rollerblade in P.E. from Jan. 27-31.
Through this sport, students learned a new way to stay mentally and physically fit. With this safe, developmentally sound P.E. program, each student had an opportunity to exercise while learning how rollerblading affects their balance and strength.
Nicole Miller and Joshua Littrell, physical education teachers at Glenridge, had a great time teaching the students in the gym.
It's always great to see students in the District take their physical learning to a whole new level while engaging with their classmates in fun, safe, positive ways!
