27th Annual Arts Fair Filled with Fun Memories

More than 330 Clayton High School students volunteered on their day off from school on Thursday, April 6, to host nearly 260 Special School District (SSD) students for the 27th annual Arts Fair. The SSD students from Litzinger, Neuwoehner, Captain Elementary, Meramec Elementary, Wydown Middle and Clayton High Schools were paired with buddies from CHS who guided them through the day’s “Around the World” themed arts and crafts activities.

The buddy groups also had the opportunity to have their faces painted, receive balloon creations from a balloon artist and attend fine arts performances by CHS students.

All of the day’s stations were hosted by different student groups from CHS. The students decorated the school and prepared their respective art stations the night before the event to make this year’s Arts Fair a success.
