- Then you will begin with the research phase of your work, with your partner. Using the graphic organizer given to you, fill out the essential background information on the Constitution using the following sites:You should find most of your answers here: The Constitution or here: Government Guide. You will need to know the Who, What, Where, When, How and Why the US Constitution was written. You may split this task with your partner and share the information you have gathered. Once this step is complete, please turn in your notes for grading.
