A homework packet will be sent home every Monday and will be due the Friday of that week. Additionally (and most importantly) students are required to read 20 minutes each night and log their reading in the packet. This may be independent reading and/or reading with someone.
Your child may complete the packet all in one evening, or spread the work out over the week; either way is fine! I understand that schedules can be very busy and complex and hope that the packet gives you some flexibility.
Sometimes the homework packet will include a study guide for a test. On short weeks, there may not be a homework packet.
