Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in the Family Center's early childhood education program! Enrollment is a two-step process:

1. Download the 2024-2025 Enrollment Application Form
2. Complete this form and return it to the Family Center, 301 North Gay Ave., Clayton, MO 63105.
3. After receiving your application, the Family Center will contact you about space availability for the class(es) requested and next steps in the enrollment process.
