Wydown Middle School seventh- and eighth-graders participated in the school's annual Walk Through on Thursday, Aug. 8, in preparation for the first day of the 2019-2020 school year. Students and their families toured their team areas, met their new teachers and filled their lockers with school supplies.
New this year, incoming WMS sixth-graders took part in a Sixth-Grade Orientation and Walk Through on Friday, Aug. 9. Students spent the morning acclimating themselves to their new school through a variety of large and small group activities led by eighth-grade ambassadors. Following the Orientation, sixth-grade parents were invited to join their students for lunch and the Walk Through, where the students met their teachers and prepared their lockers for the first day of school.
