Good morning CHS! Today is Friday, February 24.  Today is an A Day.

AP Students - today is the last day to register for your AP exams.  Registration forms are available in the counseling office.

The semi annual CHS  Beautification Day will be held on Saturday, March 4th. Come join us as we do some mulching, weeding and light yard work around the campus. We will gather in the CHS Commons at 9 a.m.where a light breakfast will be provided and then we will work for a couple hours. Bring friends and family- all are welcome!

Love working with children? Do you want to be a part of an amazing summer experience? If so, SummerQuest is looking for you! SummerQuest is the School District of Clayton's summer day camp for children from kindergarten to 8th grade and is looking for CHS's best and brightest to work as counselors between June 5th through July 14th.

Trying to wrap your head around the college admission process?

CHS College Counselors have invited the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Advancement and Dean of Admissions from the University of Chicago to discuss college admission in 2017 with the Clayton community.  While Dr. Nondorf is from the U of Chicago this presentation is NOT specific to his institution.  If you're interested in learning more about college admission, join us at 6:30 p.m. February 27th in the CHS auditorium.



The Black Student Union is hosting a Poetry Slam on March 9th after school in room 140.   If you are interested in sharing a poem or a rap, please submit an application to Dr. Merrills by Friday, March 3rd.  Also, BSU will be hosting a meeting on Monday, February 27th after-school at 3:15 in room 140.  See you there!


Attention baseball players:  All those interested in playing baseball this Spring and are not currently playing a winter sport should consider attending a final informational meeting prior to our first practice on Monday, February 27. The meeting will be in room 222 from 3:10-3:30.

The girls track season starts on Monday February 27th. Practice will be at GayField from 3:20 to 5:30pm.
