Dr. Kelly Sollberger has been appointed to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the School District of Clayton starting in the 2024-2025 school year. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources at the Rockwood School District.

"I am so excited to welcome Kelly to the School District of Clayton Family,” explained Superintendent Dr. Nisha Patel. “I am confident that her leadership will enhance our district's efforts to recruit, retain, and support the very best educators and staff, furthering our commitment to making Clayton a place for everyone to grow as learners in head and heart.”

Sollberger has served Rockwood and Valley Park School District students and staff for over 15 years. Throughout her career in education, Kelly has had many leadership roles. Starting as a math teacher at Crestview Middle School, Kelly would later become an Assistant Principal in Rockwood and then a Middle School Principal at Valley Park. Dr. Sollberger holds an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from William Woods University and a Doctorate of Education in Teaching and Learning from Missouri Baptist University.

Sollberger's start date is July 1.
