The School District of Clayton is excited to announce Dr. Erin Knight as the next principal of Captain Elementary School. With extensive experience as an educator and leader, Dr. Knight currently serves as Assistant Principal at Stanton Elementary in the Rockwood School District. Her background includes roles as a classroom teacher, Math Instructional Coach, and leader in key initiatives such as Professional Learning Communities and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.

Dr. Knight is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, and she is eager to collaborate with the Captain community. "I am deeply honored and excited to join Captain Elementary," Dr. Knight shared.
