CHS ACES Team Receives Second Place at Competition

Clayton High School earned second place in the interstate finals of the Academic Challenge in Engineering and Science (ACES, formerly known as WYSE). During the ACES competition, each participant takes two of the seven exams administered. Eighteen high school teams and many at-large students qualified for the finals in the 700-1500 school enrollment category which included about 300 students. Clayton was the only team from Missouri to qualify in this enrollment category. See which team members placed in their individual categories below (out of fifth places):
