Three Part Webinar: Parenting Your Teen(s) During COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed the way that teens live, work and socialize. Common challenges are emerging for parents who want to support their teens in living a healthy, well-regulated lifestyle without succumbing to demoralizing power struggles.

Therapists Ned Presnall, LCSW and Julia Katzman, LMSW are offering a free, three-part webinar to help parents consider strategies to motivate healthy behaviors in their teens while maintaining a positive parent-child relationship. Attention will be given to normal challenges in teen development and to more problematic teen behaviors such as teen use of nicotine, alcohol, and marijuana and screen-based addictions (such as gaming).
