Board Update – April 29

The Design Team shared an update with the Board of Education on April 29 on the progress of the facility improvement projects.

Following the passage of Prop O, the projects have moved into the Design Development phase, where plans are being refined to better meet user needs. The next step will be the Construction Documents phase, followed by construction.

Owner meetings are currently being held with stakeholder groups to help architectural teams better understand each site’s needs and incorporate feedback into the project designs.

In addition to the Prop O projects, five capital improvement projects are also in the design phase, including plans for the Bridge Campus, which will support student learning while Glenridge Elementary is renovated.
