Degrees and Certifications:
This is my third year at Clayton High School and I really enjoy being a Greyhound. Prior to moving into room 140, I taught Spanish for 15 years at McCluer High School in the Ferguson-Florissant district. My Bachelor's degree is from the University of Miami in Spanish and International Studies, where I specialized in Latin American Studies. My Master's degree is in Secondary Education, specifically Spanish Instruction, from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. I am also certified by the College Board to teach the Advanced Placement Spanish Language course. As a mother and teacher, I am passionate about cultures, education, equity, languages, and traveling.
