Diversity Recruitment & Networking Fair
The School District of Clayton is partnering with Ladue School District for our upcoming Diversity Recruitment and Networking Fair, which will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Clayton High School from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
The goal of this event is to recruit and build a faculty that improves staff diversity in our schools. Candidates participating in this event will be interviewed and have an opportunity to network with current Clayton teachers of color and other staff members.
Interviews: If you are interested in attending, please complete the Sign Up Genius link to schedule your interviews. Interview slots will be for 40 minutes. Within the 40 minutes, you will be able to interview with both staff members from Clayton AND Ladue. Please bring two copies of your resume with you for each district.
Networking: The networking piece will take place throughout the 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. time. It is an open house format so you don't need to attend the full time. Superintendents, administrators, teachers and even a few board members from each district will be there throughout the networking time.
