The School District of Clayton has joined other school districts across Missouri to develop a more effective approach for each student to engage in meaningful learning, demonstrate individual growth, and prepare for future success. This group, known as the Success-Ready Students Network (SRSN), engages stakeholders in using a competency-based learning mindset to design a system that supports students in developing the knowledge, skills and dispositions they need to be high school, college, career and workplace ready.
