University Student Inquiries

The School District of Clayton receives many inquiries from students in various teaching programs throughout the state of Missouri.  Students from these universities inquire about training opportunities which are required by their Education programs. The District will only consider requests received directly from university placement offices.  You will need to contact your university's placement office to request placement.  For the instructions on how to apply for a specific type of student teaching experience, please review the links below:

The School District of Clayton actively participates in job and career fairs throughout the year as part of our commitment to recruiting exceptional educators. Most universities host education career fairs during the spring semester, with events typically held in February, March and April.

Please note that some universities limit attendance to current students or alumni. In addition, many institutions schedule individual interview sessions in advance of the career fair, so we encourage candidates to review each event’s format and requirements ahead of time if interested in meeting with a School District of Clayton representative.

While we are unable to attend every university’s job fair, we make every effort to participate in as many as possible and regularly post open positions on our website. We encourage highly qualified candidates to explore current opportunities and look forward to connecting!
