Profile of a Learner
Our Purpose:
We wanted to start with a shared vision for all Clayton learners. The Profile identifies the competencies we want to nurture in our students while recognizing that learning and growth extend to all of us.
Our Process:
We gathered input from the community and asked the question: What are the most important attributes we need to develop in our learners in order for them to be successful? Why? We used the data we collected from community input and engagement meetings to develop our Profile.
We Are Clayton Learners
Previously known as the Profile of a Clayton Graduate, our Profile of a Clayton Learner reflects a simple but important idea: learning does not begin or end with graduation, and it is not limited to students. From our youngest learners at The Family Center to graduating seniors—and the staff, families and community partners who support them—we all have room to grow and something to contribute. Explore the six competencies that guide our work.
