Every strategic plan should be a living document, a dynamic roadmap that guides an organization on its journey from good to great. But for a high-performing district like Clayton, we are not simply striving for greatness. We are aiming for transformation. 

To begin this transformational journey, we started with the end in mind. We developed our Profile of a Graduate by listening to the voices of our community, students and alumni. This profile defines the competencies we believe every Clayton graduate should possess. It serves as both a compass and a catalyst, shaping the direction of our strategic plan, guiding our approach to teaching and learning, and challenging traditional models of what school should be.
