Philosophy

The Boys Basketball Program at Clayton High School will be an important part of the total educational process of our student-athletes. The program will operate on a daily basis by the philosophy that we are trying to develop our young men to their fullest potential in the classroom, on the court, at home, and in society.

Being a basketball player at Clayton is a privilege that is earned, not entitled. We make it clear to our players that playing basketball at Clayton is a commitment and not just an interest. We want young men who are serious about getting a quality overall education in the classroom and on the court and who have a true passion for being a high school basketball player.

With the combination of players and coaches who understand this philosophy and who are committed to it, there is no question that we will be successful on and off the court.

What: Lifting, Skill Work, Games

For: All incoming 9-12 graders

Time: 3:30-5:30pm

Dates: June 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27

Games

Vianney League-All Games are at 5:30 and 6:15

Dates: June 3, 17, 24, and July 1

Lindenwood Shootout-Times TBD
